c. 15:33b . Amen. aMEN.

NOTE: See Romans 15:13 - “Now the God of :hope fill you with all joy and peace in :believing, that you may abound in :hope, in power of the Holy Spirit.” This verse has been used as a text by many preachers in the past. Look at it carefully, and it is easy to see why. Here God is called The God of Hope, and indeed He is. He is primarily the God of the now, the I AM- but “time” was made for us, not God - for He lives above time - in eternity - and past, present and future are alike to Him. That is why He through the prophets clearly foretells the future with 100% accuracy, and states that He knows of no other that can do this. He is correct.

Then too - He is the God who fillsus with alljoy and hope in believing - which in turn is the basis causing us to aboundin hope! Faith is for the present, but hopeis for the future. Because Jesus is the same yesterday and today, and unto the ages(Hebrews 13:8)- the future - then we indeed can have hope in our Triune God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus also says, “I am the Alpha and the O, says the Lord :God, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty” (Revelation 1:8).And because of Bible Numerics so amazingly laid forth by Ivan Panin, we no longer need have doubts concerning the Hebrew and Greek texts. The concerns of the Textual Critics are now laid to rest. Unfortunately they are like the chicken who has just lost its head - it still keeps running!

And according to our Romans 15:13 text, all of our living hope in the “God of hope,” is solidly grounded in power of the Holy Spirit.

Some my ask: “Yes - I can see how the Bible Numeric Greek text gives us confidence - but what of Panin's Bible Numeric English text? What can a one man translator do for us?” Well - he himself admits that this is not the ideal method of translation. Yet at the same time there is a highly encouraging factorthat must be considered. Before Panin went to work on the Westcott and Hort Greek text with its 3000 alternate readings at the bottom of the pages - he first spent 10 years preparing a scientific, mathematical Greek dictionary (lexicon) based on Bible Numerics. Every word in the Greek New Testament came into relationship with its neighbor, and the English equivalents became eminently clear. Each vocabulary word came clear in its basic meaning, and only required adapting when demanded by context. This means that anyone tampering with Panin's Bible Numeric English NT shows an exceeding degree of “Hubris” or pride. To take Panin's English translation of “baptism” and transform it into “washings,” is the epitome of hubris. And to indiscriminately change his “wills” and “shalls” - is likewise the same. Beware of so-called friends of Panin who indiscriminately tamper not only with his Bible Numeric English text - but do the same with his Bible Numeric Greek text.

To understand Panin's10 year labor preceding the production of his scientific, mathematical Greek-English dictionary, is to bow before the wisdom of God who led him in this arduous preparation. It also is a Plumbline to evaluate all who presume to improve upon the production of his Greek and English texts based on this amazing dictionary. I fear many of the tamperers in this area, are not even aware of this amazing 10 year pre-preparation work preceding his two Bible Numeric texts.

One other note on the above passage from Romans 15:14. The verse ends up with able also to admonishone another.” This word “admonish” comes from “nou-theTEo” - to establish one's mind in line with the mind of God according to His Spirit and all of His Word. Thisshould be the goal of every counselor. There is a whole book written on this subject by Jay Adams entitled - “Nouthetic Counseling.” May we all seek to follow in his train. - J.A.W.
